Taster Session £7

The Pilates Studio of Berkshire has two studios offering Mat Based Pilates and Equipments Pilates in Lower Earley. We also run classes at other venues around Reading, covering Woodley, Wokingham, Shinfield and more. If you would like to try an introductory session before booking on to a course we offer the following options:

Group Classes

Group Mat Based Pilates 1hr Taster session £7

An introduction to the Pilates Principles and the exercises.
The option to sign up for a course if you enjoy the session.

Course Costs £56 for 8 weeks

Group Equipment Pilates 1hr Taster session £17

An introduction to use the Pilates Equipment and the exercises.
The option to sign up for a course if you enjoy the session.

Course Costs £60 for 4 weeks

Personal Training

1 to 1 Introduction to Mat Based Pilates
If you would like a private introduction to get to know the basic Pilates Principles of alignment, centering and breathing we are happy to visit you at you home or for you to attend the studio.

1 hr Studio £40
1 hr Home £45

1 to 1 Introduction to Equipment Pilates
If you would like a private introduction to get to know how to use the equipment and learn the basis moves before entering a group class this is a great way to get individual personal attention.

Cancellations need to be at least 24 hrs prior to attending a session otherwise full payment is required.
(We understand that some instances cannot be helped so this will be down to the instructor’s discression).

With regards to holidays and other personal commitments we are happy for you to make up the session you have missed by coming along to another class. This must be with in the time period of the course. Refunds or discounts cannot be given.
