I have been participating in Pilates for almost 1 year now and I am expecting my second baby in September. When I first looked in to doing Pilates I was first put off by the fact it is perceived as a woman’s class. Since attending the classes I now know how had it can be made as all of the moves are progressional. I am on my way to having the six-pack I dreamed of.

During my pregnancy I attended Pilates with Rebecca and once the doctor cleared me after 6 weeks I returned. Rebecca has a great knowledge in urinary incontinence, she explained and reassured me it can happen to anyone if they had a natural birth. She set me a few simple exercises that I had to perform daily and now I can say I am back to normal. I owe a lot to Pilates.

Since training with Niall my swing is stronger and my flexibility has almost doubled. I was surprised how quickly I could see a difference.
